Small, cozy hotel with a convenient location. Located near the sea and the main shopping center. Courteous staff.
I would like more flexible pricing policy. On weekends, the number is much more expensive.

A budget hotel with a relaxing environment. It is just opposite to the Market Village with supermarket and different choice of restaurants. It's convenient to walk down the beach and next to the kitesurfing school. Good location for kitesurfing. Only cost 100b to take tuk tuk to the town.
It seems that housekeeping won't refill your toilette (eg. Bath foam, shampoo) unless you request. It's difficult to find place to have breakfast nearby as Market Village opens at 10:30am, your only choice would be eating at the hotel or you go up to the town.

Very friendly staff who made us feel welcome at their hotel. Ideally located for the beach...only a 3 minute walk through the hotel's well tended and beautiful tropical gardens. Be sure to visit "Richard's Bar" which is just by the steps from the hotel to the beach. Exceptionally friendly with excellent food and drinks. Conveniently opposite the hotel is a shopping mall (with Tescos) and the downtown restaurants and bars are only a 100 Baht tuk-tuk ride away.

The location of this hotel is great with the beach just behind the property and a lovely shopping mall located just opposite. It's perfect for those who love to spend time by the beach or shopping enthusiasts. the rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities, with cozy individual terraces to relax on. There is also a nice pool on the property to refresh your senses.
The hotel falls short on customer service, with rude cleaning staff who make a lot of noise early in the morning, disturbing guests trying to sleep.

Good location. Design and good value for this price. Good service and exceed expectation. I will definitely come again.
I did not choose breakfast as it cost 200 thb per person. It is better to cross to Starbuck at villa market for breakfast.

The attention to detail is evident in the rooms, with comfortable beds complete with bedside lamps for late-night reading. The hotel also provides basic amenities like tea/coffee facilities and a safe in the wardrobe. The location is a major advantage, as it is just opposite a very attractive shopping mall, providing convenient access to a variety of shops and dining options.
All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The room was lacking a hot water tap, so I had to boil the kettle to shave.

The hotel had a beautiful garden and pool, which created a nice relaxing atmosphere. the beach was also very close to the hotel, making it easy to have a quick dip in the ocean. the location was perfect for our business trip as it was close to many local restaurants and a shopping center.
The rooms were quite basic and could use some updating. the air conditioning was also very loud, which made it hard to sleep at times.

This hotel is simply amazing! It offers everything I could possibly want for a comfortable and convenient stay. the location is perfect - it's close to everything including the beautiful beach behind the property, morning market Chat Chai market, and many great restaurants. Secondly, the hotel facilities are of a high standard, making everything as it was when I first arrived. Thirdly, the cleanliness of the hotel is impressive as it is well maintained and cleaned every day. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and made my stay even better!
Nothing to dislike.
